We will cover the required tools, different techniques for melting chocolates, and the cooling process. You will learn how to make chocolates with fillings, flavored chocolate, and mint-flavored cookies. This class will teach you how to use chocolate melts and you will take ½ pound chocolate home. No tempering required.
