About the event
Learn the basics of how to create your own chocolates. This class is part one of a two-class series that cover the basics of creating chocolate confections. We will cover the tools, different techniques for melting chocolates, and cooling process. You will learn how to hand-paint molds, design custom colors, and finish with a chocolate bark. No tempering required.
