The original bake strip, Magi-Cake strips work well to prevent cakes from having burnt, dry, or crusty edges.  "When a cake pan is wrapped with moistened strip the baking process is equalized to control the heat, so cake bakes evenly."  Hand washable and adjusts to all regular sized cake pans!
