Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries about baking and candy making.

Front-End Operations: Operate the cashier system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Store Presentation: Maintain, restock, and design eye-catching retail displays to keep the shop organized.

Inventory & Production: Assist with inventory tracking, seasonal product production, and packaging.

Event Support: Work a flexible schedule to support the retail store, in-store classes, off-site workshops, and special events.

Back-end Operations: Maintain classroom, storeroom, and production spaces.
Qualifications

Tech-Savvy: Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.

Availability: Flexible schedule required to support store hours and class timelines.

Attributes: Enthusiastic, resourceful, self-directed, organized, and eager to learn.

Possess basic baking and candy making skills
Preferred Skills (A Definite Plus)
