Dipped strawberries are made to order. As a personalized order, it is not returnable or refundable.  To guarantee freshness, we dip the strawberries within 24 hours or less from requested pick up time. We will call or text when the product is ready for pick up at the store.  Shipping not available .

We strongly advise you to pick up your order asap so freshness and quality of product are maintained. The Candy Lady is not responsbile for product quality or freshness after pickup.  We will dispose of any product not picked up within 72 hours of notification.
