We strongly advise the purchase of the Cold Pack, an insulated shipping kit, especially during the summer or shipping to warmer climates to avoid product melting. 

The Candy Lady has no control of your package after it leaves our store and is not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping. 

Melted chocolate CAN be remelted. 

We process orders and make candy in a facility that uses nuts, coconut, and tree nuts. Some products contain soy.
